Insurance:

At this time Dr Morris is in the credentialing process for several insurance companies. Information will be updated as credentialing is confirmed. Appointments can be billed out of network until credentialing is confirmed.

Cash based:

​New patient appointment (60 min): $ 350

Established patient appointment (30 min): $ 175

Medication management: (15 min): $ 87

Sliding scale appointments available with request and review.
